Debbie Landers
Chief Executive Officer

Debbie brings 30+ years of healthcare experience to Briye™. Her expertise as Chief Innovation and Marketing Officer for one of the nation’s largest investor owned health systems enabled her to be an advisor to 200+ CEOs, CFOs and CNOs. Her leadership guided 10,000+ leaders across the nation through revenue growth strategies, M&A, culture changes, physician access opportunities, alignment and organizational transformation efforts, and best practices for healthcare marketing and communication. She is a national speaker and author on patient engagement and healthcare consumerism. Debbie earned a M.B.A from Bellarmine University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Indiana University.

Randy Smith
Chief Operations Officer

Randy Smith joins the Briye™ leadership team with 20+ years of healthcare business management and IT infrastructure. As a recognized leader in the payer industry, Randy drove process improvement aimed at strategic growth and advisory services for claims processing as well as Medicare and Medicaid mandate initiatives. Additional, notable leadership initiatives included efficiencies of the Enrollment and Billing (EAB) Program for insurance providers such as Anthem, CareFirst, and Blue Cross. Randy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.

Chris Posey
Chief Legal Counsel

As Briye™ Chief Legal Counsel, Chris Posey brings 11+ years of overseeing healthcare compliance and regulatory issues. Prior to Briye™, Chris served as Corporate Counsel of McKesson Corporation (f/k/a Per-Se Technologies) where he managed compliance and legal issues with an emphasis on a physician revenue cycle. His broader experience includes contracts negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, litigation and government investigation management, HIPAA, EEOC and labor matters, dispute resolution, D&O duties and liability, insurance policy management and company policies and procedures. Chris’ additional healthcare practice experience includes King & Spalding and PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Corporate Health Care Group. Chris is a cum laude graduate of Georgetown University (B.A.) and a graduate of The University of Mississippi School of Law. Chris is a member of The Mississippi Bar, Business Advisory Board at The University of Mississippi School of Business Administration, and Chair of the Mississippi Georgetown University Alumni Association.
